At Kora Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original gift box and velvet pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
